SO I received this credit card after looking at the number of vouchers and other privileges being offered. However, a couple of vouchers are designed to ensure that there is no way you would use them...First, they never mention that the 50% discount for the companion voucher can only be redeemed at the JET airways reservation office (read airport), next these vouchers do not apply on discounted fares. Next, they do not mention this in the Terms and conditions shared with the customers prior to luring them into this. Worst, they mention the applicable travel class such as W, F, K (whatever) behind the physical voucher that you receive after you have enrolled/paid the annual fees etc. There is no way a typical traveller can make out that these vouchers are applicable on full fares and not on discounted fares (who the hell understands W, J, K classes of fare???)...Despite complaining twice to citibank, no replies from them on this. I wonder how they can cheat so openly. Beware before buying this card.
