Dear All, My complaint / Review is regarding the ICICI bank’s credit card dept which is harassing me. ICICI bank without my consent has issued me a ICICI EMI Card , which I have never applied for. On top of it they have issued me an ICICI Lombard Policy. which again I have never applied for. Since then I am making calls and sending email to their customer care centre stating my problem and cancellation of both of them. I am visiting branch to branch but not getting resolved my problem. I am getting SMS on My mobile about Policy and Details of Payment but not recived any paper regarding Lombard Policy. also not get Pin Of Icici Card. I never recomend a friend to take ICICI bank Cards. These companies can go to any level to fulfill their targets I request To ICICI bank please cancel both as soon as possible. and advice to not cheat People like there agent cheting the customers.
