Tata-Aig forcibly sold me health insurance on credit card

I was getting calls from TATA-AIG sales people from last 4 to 5 months telling me to take up a health policy but i always refused. Now on 03/12/09 i received message from ICICI Bank as on my registered mobile no 9810237299 that transaction of Rs 10224 has been made.But i have never requested for any policy from TATA-AIG.

I immediately contacted customer care dept of bank who blocked my card upon my complaint and they have aslo issued new card to me,but a lien has been marked on my card for the amount and now it is confirmed by bank that they resolved it by March 2010

So i request you to look into the case and let me know what i can do as TATA AIG has done nothing till date and i have not received any policy from them till now and iam still getting calls from them to take a health policy.

First thing is that you take policy or insurance for the better future and for future FInance. So it would be better if you ask question about what ever is in your mind before you get the health insurance.
