  • Loan is available up to Rs 7.5 crore

Eligibilty:

  •  Salaried /Self- employed including sole proprietors, HUF, partnership firms, private limited companies all are eligible to apply for home loan.
  •  Citibank offers home loan for property in approved locations namely Delhi & NCR region, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Indore, Kolkatta.
  • Main applicant is required to be of 23 years of age & co-applicant should be of 21 years of age when loan is sanctioned.
  • Maximum age any individual at the time of loan maturity can be maximum up to 65 years

Charges:

  • Loan processing charges: Up to 1% of loan amount
  • Cheque/ECS/Standing Instruction: Rs 500 is levied for any bounce in payment
  • Refinancing charges: 2% on outstanding loan amount
  • Part Payment charge: Nil for part payment less than 25% of sanctioned loan amount & 2% for more than 25% of the sanctioned amount
  • Foreclosure charges: These charges are levied at the time of pre-closure of the loan at the rate of 2% of the outstanding loan
