Features and Benefits of DHFL Home Loan
Features:
- Anyone can avail home loan up to Rs 500,00,000 but not exceeding 85% the cost of property/ estimate. The loan amount varies with repayment capacity, age, educational qualifications, stability of income, co-applicant’s income, number of dependents.
- The tenure of home loans ranges from 1 to 20 years. The tenure cannot extend beyond the retirement age or 60 years whichever is earlier for salaried and for self- employed 65 years.
- Size of EMI will depend on quantum of loan, loan tenure and present applicable interest rate.
Eligibility:
- An Indian resident or NRI ,above 21 years of age at the commencement of loan
- For salaried employees maximum age at the time of maturity of loan is 60 years.
- For self-employed maximum age at the time of maturity of loan is 65 years.

Minimum income for salaried is 15000 per month to apply for home loan
Charges:
- Loan processing charges: 1% to 1.5% of loan amount.
- Late Payment charges:1.5% per month
- Re-Substitution Charge: 2% on principal outstanding
- Cheque bounce Charges: Rs 250/-
- Documentation Charges: Rs 220 for standard documentation charges
Interest Rates:
- Floating interest rates varies with Retail Prime lending rates (RPLR) which is currently 17.75%p.a.

- Salary slip for the last 3 months / Salary Certificate (If variable components like Over Time and Incentives are reflected then salary slips for the past 6 months are required)
- Latest Form - 16 if salary above Rs.10000/- per month
- Copy of all bank pass books / bank statements for the past 6 months including front page
Self-employed Businessmen
- Photo Id Proof: Pan Card, Passport, Voters Id Card, Driving license.\ Resident Proof: Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Ration Card, Letter from employer, Bank statement/Pass book with address
- Copy of last 3 years Income Tax Returns of the applicant along with computation of income duly attested by a Chartered Accountant
- Copy of last 3 Years Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of the firm duly attested by a Chartered Accountant
- Brief Business Profile on the Letter Head of the firm by the applicant
- Bank Statement for the last 1 year for the Savings A/c & Current A/c
- Copy of either Shop & Establishment License / VAT Registration or any other mandatory license / registration
- Copy of the Partnership Deed (if Applicable)
- Copy of Tax Deduction certificate / Form - 16A (if applicable)
- Copy of Advance Tax paid / self-assessment tax paid Challan
Self-employed Professional
