These associates pretty much work in a disconnected environment with that of the Bank. Their executives absolutely have no clue for any question that Customer asks. Any time we ask when you ask something, every time they have pretty much same answer… May be it will be done tomorrow or day after tomorrow.Specially when you have purchased some property, obviously the builder wants the payments to be made in time because he has to make payments for labor and material that he buys. The builder puts pressure, but the UTI / Axis bank or their associates have no clue on which stage exactly the processing is. Hence you end up feeling Guilty, tensed and what not….Never take a chance…. At-least if these reviews can help some one else out their in the world, then they will not take hasty decisions.
