In case you want to communicate officially / formally you do not have any inform whom to write / where to write / who is the next person to talk. They do not have any official address, office phone no., official email-id. 2) No one from UTI interacts with you.3) DMA is poorly trained.4) They are more interested in collecting documents rather explaining or selling the product.5) UTI does not have tracking mechanism for housing loan cases. No drive to attract customer.6) It appears as if UTI is indifferent to the prospective customer.7) Ater dealing you do not get satisfaction at all.8) You do not eel ike to buy the the product again. Given the option you wil like to go for other product from other company.Overall experience is not encouraging. UTI is still to evolve and transform in competitive market to attract and retain customers.
