I have applied to Axis Bank for home Loan in June\\\'09 I received the sanction letter after 2 weeks. Later on due to their internal issues could not disburse the loan even till August 1st week. This has caused lot of disturbance to my planning of vacating existing premises & excess financial burden. I was forced to take loan from other bank to avoid further delay to my plan. Earlier their executive has told me in case of not taking the loan they will refund the processing fees over & above Rs. 1500 but now Bank is refusing to refund it. Rather than providing customer support for the delay caused on their part & not penalize for their delay they are also not refunding the processing fees is highly non profession attitude.After this I am disturbed & shaken on confidence over Axis Bank.pl help me to get the processing fees refund. it will be better that they also give compensation for the delay caused.
