I have taken home loan from AXIS bank. I really really troubled a lot with the services provided by AXIS bank. There are same stories with other customers as well. I had requested for enhancement for EMI of my loan before 6 months ago with completing all the required formalities. I god the sanction of the same in the month I had requested but still I am paying old EMI. Everytime I get a new excuse from the bank. There is no proper communication or customer care support as well.So I request you all home loan customers please go for any other bank.
