I had taken AXIS bank Power home loan in 2008 for 7 years on 16.83 lakhs. My EMI was 27,000 Rs which I could afford to pay as I was outside India earning good money. However, after 2 years, I returned to India and I couldn't afford to pay 27,000 Rs. I then approached AXIS bank to refinance my loan and they happily closed my home loan and granted me a new home loan on the remaining outstanding amount for 25 years at EMI of the then prevailing 11744 Rs. which I could afford with my Indian salary. And all this was done in a record time of 10 days. I am extremely happy and would recommend it to everyone..
