Respected sir/mam, I write to inform you that me and my family facing lots of problems this days due to corporation bank laxmi nagar branch.My father was taken home loan from that bank of amount rs 5 lacs and 20 thousand for 20 years.Due to some financial problems we were not able to pay some instalments in time but after that we paid all the installments on time and also paid the amount which we were not able to pay by depositing more amount apart from the installments means when my father told the bank peoples that we are not able to pay the full amount one time so as a solution of that they told my father that ok pay what ever amount you have every month like emi is rs5400 and my father paid some times rs6000 sometimes rs10000 like that.Now few days back one person from the bank come to our house and told us that withen two days leave the house because the house is going to seal by the court we asked him the reason he not told us.Next day me,my father and my mother went to the bank and asked the reason for that first they not listen to us both the manager and employees and not even tell us that what have to do to avoid the sealing.When we go to the chief manager MR M.A RASHEED he also not listen to us and behaving very roud to us.When my mother hold manager\\\'s legs then he said that pay the full amount which are remaining i.e aroung 3lacs somthing otherwise leave the house he also said that they forwod this case to court but we are not recieving any notice from the court.I also asked this is not possible for us to manage that much amount withen this short period of time we can deposit that amount which are left plus the interest upon it.But again the manager not listen to us and told the security gaurd to pull out us out of the bank.Is this the way to talk and behave with the customers.We are very mentaly haras.please help us please. I guess you should go to a lawyer and should file a case against them for harrassing customers and for poor quality of services.
