Applied for home loan on 9th Nov,09 as below, still suffering for the updates. Submitted all required documents on 02nd, Feb,2010. Please see the attached mail correspondence which shows that the documents were submitted on 12th Dec,2009 (those provided by the seller, which was not sufficient enough because bank Personal did not provided any list of documents required by this time for the approval of the loan). After submission of this documents even after number of phone calls and mail correspondence first list of documents required by the bank was given to me on 05th Jan,2010 ( 26 days delay in providing list of documents required before this no information provided what will be required for Legal Check of Property). Later all submissions completed and file was forwarded from Ahmedabad to Gandhidham on 02nd Feb,2010. As updated by Bank personal handling my file in Gandhidham, Cheque will be ready by Tuesday i.e. on 09th Feb,2010, but still no updates or status provided by the bank personnels and poor thing is not even receives my phone calls.Already by Banakhat date is finished on 02nd Feb, 2010 and I have promised the seller to Finish the final agreement by 10th feb,2010 after getting cheque from HDFC. The seller has accepted this in good faith of my personnel relation with him but he has also given me the hint that he may not be able to refund my margin money that is 3.25 lacs that I have already paid if I can not end the transaction by this date.Now after wasting more than enough of my days in this Gandhidham branch, I request you to change my Service Centre from Gandhidham to Ahmedabad.
