Not at all true. Disbursement of loan was delayed by 15 days and for that I had to face lot of problems. Also ever since i keep getting one or the other issues with these ICICI guys. ICICI sucks.

I had taken a loan of 8.3 lakhs in 2006 at 7.5% interest rate and now(Nov 2011) I am paying 14.5% interest rate.ICICI home loan is a trap it will give you sleepless nights forever.Please don't go for it.I think they bribe govt. officials thats why no one

All of suffered due to lack of knowledge. With ICICI bank if there is an increase in interest rate, they will increase the tenure with an intimation and if there is decrease your loan tenure gets decreased. And, also you got 24 hrs call center, branches,
