A case of kill the customer completely lest he be able to breathe.b) The loan being carried to another bank again faces trauma as your local office refuses to part with original documents immediately on receipt of pay order, and cite a 20 days delay, which is not acceptable to our new bank.Please advise.. whether there will be some respite for us customers or do you want to completely kill us.After all, you too must be a salaried employee and at times you are also a customer somewhere.
