Unlike others, I had a great service from ICICI HFC. The speed at which my documents were processed was amazing. I expressed my desire to obtain a Home loan for 30 laksh to the call centre.The second day i received a call from one of the Executive of ICICI asking for an appointment. Though he did not keep up his timing as he came couple of hours beyond schedule, he was able to take me through the entire process in an astonishing 2 days time frame. During the first appointment itself he gave the complete set of documents required for sanctioning my loan. he arranged for the sanction letter within few hours of me giving the income papers. The entire process seems to be so simple that he came and took few signatures from me in the loan agreement. He also comitted to give me an acknowlegement for the documents submitted by me withing 23 working days after taking the loan. I couldnt believe if taking a home loan has become so easy in india. Hi Sridhar and Aarthi pandit thanks for the sharing info but the point here is what is the interest rate you are paying .Here the beauty is they will take the pain of processing and calling and once we get Home loan then they will put the pain of increasi

Its like a lamb going happily to the slaughter without knowing something bad is going to happen.You had written this review on March 2011 but I am sure by now you should have a differnt view about ICICI bank.This bank is a blood sucker which will not spar
