I took an ICICI home loan in Mumbai for 12.96 lacs for 10 years during early 2006 for 7.25% floating. Till today I have paid back 8.2 lacs.I am now closing this loan by paying this stupid bank 10.6 lacs this month. Only good part with this bank is that you will get loan very easily.(very easy to get in to this trap but tough to get out) Now i have decided to go for SBI or other nationalized banks for my next loan. My recommendation on ICICI hoam loan: Stay away
