One good thing I also like here is that, you deal with bank employees directly, unlike ICICI and HDFC where you deal with sales executive of private agencies, also, there is no call center concept, where you have to talk different person at everytime, and eveytime you have to explain them what happened last time, and most of the time your problem remains unsolved.Other advantages are, no penalty or charges on prepayment and pre-closure.I see only few disadvantages here, one is, you can not see your home loan statement on internet to know what is the status of your home loan, second is, they don’t have much ATMs and branches. For example, I am in Noida, and there is no branch in Noida, nearest branch is in Delhi.Bank staff is really good, they provide service on your door step whenever it is required.
