Our contact point in the bank for communication is changed more than 4 times in a year and we were unware of that most of the times. We have to explain all the details again and again.2. At the time of last disbursement, my registration and service tax charges increased by government. I asked the bank to increase my loan towards that but they are saying it is not possible. And there is no proper explaination why ? 3. They agreed to approve loan for interior for myself and three of my friends. They disbursed that money to my friends but holding my money saying we can not realse unless we see your interior. If I can do the interior and then ask you for money, why the hell i need you in that case.I also share the experience of visiting their office. They treat you like dog there.
