I recently applied for a home loan from IDBI HOME FINANCE Ltd. Till I gave the cheque for the processing fee, I received a call daily from the bank abt what it needs and how good service they wud offer me.Once i handed over the cheque for the processing fee, I was the one who was daily calling the bank. They didnt even inform wht wud be required for sactioning the loan. Finally they said I wud need a guarantor. This despite I already having a co-applicant. Some banks either have a co-applicant / guarantor ...never both.After speaking with the manager Parag Bhide, I was explained tht the institution policy was they wud credit the processing fee cheque as soon as they receive it and that was non refundable. Bhide arrogantly told me that I can get all the papers and documents with the bank and forget abt the processing fee I had already paid to the bank.This is the worst service and the most rude behaviour one can offer to customers. only one comment here we are talking about idbi bank not idbi home finance there is two separate identity so if you chose wrong than you will get the same service ........isn't it?????????????????
