I had applied for IDBI Home Loans as they offered me 85% LTV I submitted my documents to IDBI representative who said the loan will approve in 15-20 days and asked me to give cheque for processing fees. once the cheque was given the representative has not showed up, everytime i call him up the representative says the same thing give me few days. Pls take my suggestion and dont go for IDBI, you will be into complete trap, dont go for any private banks all are same, they have all hidden notes which you will come to know only once you strat re-payment. This is my personal experiance. my life big mis

Even for me the same case, tehy took the processing fee but didn't processed my loan. Everytime they say one or the other reason and finally I left it and around 3000 Rs. loss for me.
