I have had the best experience with ING Vysya. I am moving from ICICI to ING Compeltely. My Husband has a personal and a home loan . Both of which has been handled so well . He has been with INGfor almost 8 months now.When i am facing so much of preblems with ICICI my husband has been recieving great service . He tried o close the ING personal loan and they were ready to waive of his pre closure charges. Wheras ICICI is not only charging for closing my own loan on top of that they have added extra penalty and what not ... ( extortion ) Try this bank out it might be a refreshing Change.i still have 3 complaints against ICICI which have not been resolved and my god i cant even begin to explain ...i can tell you they are not even closing my account as of now. .. wheras ING they have opened my account without any questions. They have been so easy going . I am planning on even getting My FD ’s and insurance through these guys.

I found ist services highly frustrating, no one is there to talk to you after you take a loan, every one just ask you to drop a mail to cfcare. no other connection option available. Worst part is , they dont even have a banking system connected in their
