Beware...ING Vysya is an anaconda. I was planning for a home loan with ING Vysya and called up their customer service. They instantly solved my queries and the next day their representative came to collect the processing fee cheque. As i was told about it i gave a PDC of 8jan. Sudhir wrote very well abould ING Vysya loans, once market situation turn unfavourable they increase their lending benchmark (HPLR) but when market situation turns favourable they merely reduce the HPLR hence the old customer forced to pay more interest,
