Dont go to ING. their rates are very high once you take the loan. they will keep increasing the loan intrest and they dont allow you to part pay the amount . Its pathetic. I am paying around 14.5% now.they planning to increase this again. Its more than 1 rupee for 100. It sucks.We have to drag this bank to RBI ombudsman court.

Yes it's true, they increased suddenly to 14% from 11%.
