Hi,To all home loan seekers my humble request plz dont fall in the trap of ING VYSYA HOME LOAN, its a Anaconda in real life. After 3 years of my Loan I finally woke up to check and realized that my Principal instead of Reducing has starting moving upwards and its almost the same as what I had taken from them. This was bcoz of the n times the Interest rate was revised as per some stupid MIBOR rules and nobody bothers to inform you abt it.Their customer support at (67414610/11/12/13/14) is so frustrating that you have to be extraordinary lucky to get somebody on the phone. Problem with ING is that they want generate business without investing , as you have only 2 people to answer your call viz Sanjay and Neerja , these two are so annoyed with ING as they have to answer all the annoying calls from customer. So the moral of the Story is dont get into any loan relation with ING Vysya bank.Do not ignore this I am serious as this bank is no good and not professional at all.

Ammare wrote very well abould ING Vysya loans, once market situation turn unfavourable they increase their lending benchmark (HPLR) but when market situation turns favourable they merely reduce the HPLR hence the old customer forced to pay more interest,
