I had never had such an experience with any of the Bank in terms of service LIC housing Finance may be good but people working in LIC worst then anything. I had applied for loan in April 09 and till date there was nothing done. The LIC person (Sunil Yadav ) where in Vashi branch. I was told that it will done in within two months. Nothing happen. There is no update no information most of the time they just give false information. After 9 months i had to tell them, Please provide my documents and the refund. I got my document but still there no information when i will get my refund. It is pathetic service. People working in LIC are like the dump good for nothing. If this is kind of service they are going provide one day LIC will out of this market.

Yes, I am also suffering with LIC Services. There is no intimation about the Interest rates hiking.There is no chance to change new interest rates for the previous loanees.
