That time interest rate was Higher, but present interest rate is reduced, where as i have found that my present interest rate is 10.25% whereas (It is more Higher rate then current rate) loan taken at the same time (20 years period) has pay @9.5%. Dear Mr Somnath, I have also been a victim of this same problem with SBI JeevanSudha branch Kolkata. Paid 10.25% all through out and recently they have hiked it to 10.75%. Not sure where we can complain.

sir i am not well versed with the loan functionality . Your loan interest is hiked due to increase in the PLR (prime lending Rate) . In Psu banks you need not to take tensions but as far as private banks are concerned they can do anything although loans a
