I had taken a home loan (33 lakhs) from SBI Secunderabad branch. When taking the loan was promised all beautiful things. Never ever got a single statement from them either through post or through email. Unfortunately i had to close my loan account due to personal constraints and the issues i faced during this was the worst in my life. Even after paying taking more than 33 lakhs loan and paying lakhs in interest to them i had to literally beg the documentation folks at RACPC Secunderabad to give me back my documents. I am in need of a no dues certificate and the branch is not ready to issue one to me today. As per SBI "EMPLOYEE IS KING.. CUSTOMER IS A SLAVE". Won't even go within a kilometer of an SBI branch and i am planning to cancel my SBI credit card as well. I don't want to have any contact with these folks who don't know how to treat a customer with basic respect.
