Dear Sir,I have taken home loan from SBI and paying the EMI without any due for the past 5 years. Everyyear i have to face a nightmare in getting the IT statement / interest certificate. I visit chennai- mount road branch ( 3rd floor ) and meet chief manager everytime after waiting for two or three days. I had a simillar experience; but when I logged a complaint from online portal. It got resolved immidiately. In future you can directly contact the branch manager and tell him the severity of your headche ..If he still do not agree then ask him to give the
