The local banks concerned manager hinted at another round of delay before he can complete his \"inspection\" which was essential check-point for the disbursement of the loan. 4. All along, the feeling of \"customer first\" was thrown out of window with velocity exceeding escape velocity:-). 5. The PSU smell was all to pervasive to be felt at every step.
