The State bank of India (SBI) will hold a two-day loan mela ‘SBI-Utsav’ from February 11 on Raikar Ground in Vidyanagar, Hubli, Karnataka. As said by Mr. Venu Gopal Reddy, Deputy General Manager, SBI, “In the mela, loans will be given to people on the spot.” He further added, “We will exhibit all our retail products and services, loan products for small and medium enterprises in the two-day mela. Nearly, 30 real estate developers, builders and auto dealers will participate in the loan mela. Stalls displaying building materials, consumer durables will also be set up as part of the show.” Customers will be able to fetch up to 1.25 per cent concession in loans in the mela.
