Charges:

·         Prepayment Charges-(Loans disbursed until 30.09.2004) is 3% loan amount

·         Prepayment Charges-(Loans disbursed after 30.09.2004) is 5% loan amount

·         EMI bounce charges on first bounce Rs 350

·         EMI bounce charges on second bounce Rs 500

·         Interest arrears 3% per month

·         Swap charges are Rs 500

Interest Rate:

·         Maximum interest rate charged will be 25% p.a.
