After closing the PL, Still putting cheques for clearance

The third class bank in customer services & Clearing the loan. I asked the bank to clear my personal loan. They have agreed and sent the agency boy to collect the cheque from me that cheque cleared by 23 rd sep 2011 from my bank. But still they put the EDC to my account to deduct loan interest. When I talked to CSD on 4th OCt 2011 they told it has been not updated in their system. 12 days are not enough for them to update their system. I have to pay the cheque bounsing fee to bank because of their fault. Totally Fraud bank. They are not clear with their terms. Loan number 14367279. MEans
