Well recently I took this loan, well i wont say that they have the best of all service but the do have a very good product. At times when other FIs were giving me loan for 17-18 % they gave me for 14%...

While giving loan they said that its floating rate and it will increase or decrease as per plr...now whn the rates went up they increased the emis but whn it came down they didnt reduce it......
